Every session generates
audience intelligence.
None of it reaches you today.
KlickKey gives every session its own open debate channel -- a Topik where the audience expresses opinions, questions and insights in natural language, in any language. The organizer gets AI-powered intelligence per session, automatically. Match networking is available for breaks when participants want to connect. No app. No friction. Truly hybrid.

The Problem Worth Solving
After every session, the audience has opinions. Today, they go nowhere.
Attendees react to every presentation -- agreements, doubts, questions they didn't ask, insights they want to share. That signal disappears into hallway conversations and group chats. The organizer has no way to know which sessions generated the most engagement, which topics resonated, or what the audience truly thought. KlickKey captures all of it.
WHAT CONFERENCES LEAVE UNCAPTURED
A conference generates enormous intellectual value -- but almost none of it is measured. Which presentation created the most debate? Which speaker generated the strongest reaction? Which topics should dominate next year's program? Today these questions are answered by gut feel and informal feedback. KlickKey answers them with a Topik per session: an open debate channel where every participant -- in the room or online -- expresses opinions in their own language. AI structures all responses into evidence the organizer can act on.
✗ Without KlickKey
- ✗Session reactions disappear into hallway conversations
- ✗No structured data on which sessions generated most engagement
- ✗Speaker and topic evaluation based on gut feel, not evidence
- ✗Networking left to chance -- language barriers limit connections
- ✗No channel for participants following online to engage
- ✗Post-conference survey: low response rate, generic questions, late results
- ✗Next year's program designed without knowing what worked this year

How It Works
One Klick. Every session. Every participant.
Access is controlled by the whitelist, not by location.
The organizer exports the registered attendee list from their existing registration system (Eventbrite, Congress Solutions, Excel, or any platform) and uploads it to KlickKey in one step. KlickKey validates each participant automatically when they access the Klick. A participant in the conference room and one following from another country have identical access -- if both are on the list. The distinction is authorized / not authorized, not in-person / remote.
01
One Klick per conference
The organizer creates a single Klick for the event and configures Topiks at two levels: one per session (for each presentation or panel) and general event Topiks (for overall feedback, organization, suggestions for next year). No IT required. Setup takes minutes.
02
Attendee whitelist
Export the registered attendee list from any registration system and upload it to KlickKey. That's it. KlickKey handles all access validation automatically.
03
QR or link
In-room participants scan the QR code. Remote participants access via link. Both methods require the participant's email to be on the whitelist. No app. No registration on KlickKey.
04
AI per session
After each session, KlickKey generates an automatic AI insight report: sentiment, key themes, questions raised, engagement level. The organizer has session-by-session data for the first time.
