The Problem Worth Solving

Extrapolating the opinion of 1,000 people to represent millions was never a good idea. Today it is an anachronism.

Statistical extrapolation from small samples was built for a different society. One where communities were geographically concentrated, informationally homogeneous, and socially cohesive -- where the neighbor in the same street, the same age, the same income level, consumed the same newspaper, watched the same channel, and shared a broadly similar worldview. In that context, sampling 1,000 people to represent a city of 100,000 had a statistical logic: the group was uniform enough that the sample genuinely represented it.

WHY THE POLLING MODEL IS BROKEN AT ITS FOUNDATION

That society no longer exists. Hyperconnectivity has shattered informational homogeneity. Two people in the same neighborhood, the same age, the same income bracket, may have spent the last five years inside completely different information ecosystems -- different platforms, different algorithms, different media, different communities of reference. Their opinions diverge not because of their demographics but because of their individual informational experience. The statistical assumption that underpins polling -- that a sample represents a homogeneous population -- is contaminated at its base. The model is not poorly executed. It is structurally obsolete. KlickKey does not extrapolate. It listens directly -- to everyone who wants to participate, in their own words, without assuming that any one person speaks for anyone else.

x Traditional polls -- the status quo

  • Questions designed by the pollster, not by citizens
  • Sample of 1,000 -- statistically valid but structurally thin
  • Results arrive weeks or months after the event
  • Closed questions miss nuance, emotion and emerging concerns
  • Averages hide demographic and geographic differences
  • No way to track how opinion evolves over time in real time
  • Expensive -- a national poll costs $30,000-$100,000+

  • Distributed via QR on TV, social media, web or physical events

How It Works

A Topik. A QR. Real-time citizen opinion.

01

Create a Topik

The organizer opens a Topik with a question or debate prompt. No options to choose from. Citizens respond in their own words, in any language.

02

QR or link

Display the QR on TV during the debate. Share the link on official social media. Embed on the institutional website. Post QR at public events. Citizens access in one tap -- no app, no registration.

03

Natural language responses

Citizens write freely. AI processes every response: sentiment, key themes, recurring concerns, emerging tensions. In any language, automatically.

04

Segmented intelligence

Filter any analysis by gender, age group or geolocation. Compare demographic groups. Track opinion over time. Generate First Insight, re-analysis or Multi-Topik reports on demand.

Distribution Channels

The same Topik can be distributed simultaneously through: QR code on screen during live TV debates or broadcasts | shareable link on official social media accounts | QR code printed on campaign materials, posters, flyers | QR code at public events, town halls, rallies | link in newsletters or emails to registered supporters or citizens | embedded on the official website or citizen participation portal. No app. No registration. One scan or one click.

Analytical Capabilities

Not a poll. A living intelligence platform.

The Topik is the core of this vertical. Every Topik generates data that can be analyzed immediately, re-analyzed later, and combined with other Topiks for cross-analysis. The intelligence compounds over time.

First Insight

The first automatic AI analysis generated as soon as a critical mass of responses accumulates. In a live TV debate, the First Insight can be available within minutes of the Topik closing. Themes, dominant sentiment, key tensions, most repeated concerns -- structured and delivered automatically.

Re-analysis

The same Topik can be re-analyzed at any point after the initial insight. Useful for tracking how perception of a topic evolves -- the same question asked before and after a government measure, a speech, or an event generates two comparable snapshots of public opinion.

Multi-Topik

Cross-analysis of multiple Topiks simultaneously. Compare citizen opinion on different topics in the same period -- economy vs. healthcare vs. security in the same week. Or compare the same question asked at different moments or to different demographic segments. Intelligence that compounds.

Segmentation by Gender, Age & Location

Every response is associated with the participant's demographic profile. Filter any analysis by any combination: women aged 35-54 in urban areas, young people aged 18-34 in a specific region, men over 55 in rural areas. Segmentation eliminates the noise of general averages and reveals the real opinion of each group.

Opinion Over Time

The same question asked at different moments generates a timeline of public opinion. Track how citizen perception shifts before and after a debate, a speech, a policy announcement, or a crisis. Something no traditional poll can offer in real time.

Example: a government opens a Topik on an education reform. The overall average shows 52% support. But segmented: women aged 25-45 with children show 71% support. Men over 55 in rural areas show 28% support. Two completely different realities hidden in the same average. KlickKey makes both visible.

Use Cases

From a TV debate to a municipal consultation. One platform.

TV Debate * Electoral Broadcast * Political Programme

Real-time citizen reaction to every argument

A QR on screen during a televised debate opens a direct channel between the broadcast and millions of viewers. Citizens respond in real time to what they see and hear -- not a vote, not a poll, but an open expression in natural language. AI structures the reaction and delivers First Insight automatically.

Municipality * Regional Government * Public Institution

Citizen intelligence for better public decisions

Governments that listen make better decisions. KlickKey gives any institution a permanent channel to understand what citizens think about specific policies, services, urban projects or public priorities -- in natural language, segmented by neighborhood, district or demographic group.

Political Party * Electoral Campaign * Civic Organization

Understand your base. Reach beyond it.

Political organizations that understand their audience make better strategic decisions. KlickKey opens a direct channel to supporters, sympathizers and undecided citizens -- capturing what they truly think about proposals, leadership, and political priorities, without intermediaries.
